Bowing to the Communist, bowing to the Arabs, apologizing to whom ever will listen around the world. Refuses to salute or put his hand over his heart at the Veterans ceremony during the National Anthem and the presentation of the flag. Heck, he can't decide whether to stay or go in Afghanistan, no worries our guys will be all dead soon and we won't have to worry about it. “Paper tiger" comment is coming to fruition.

Yes, that is so much worse than Bush kissing an Arab prince on the lips and then walking around holding hands with him.
Maybe Bush has tendencies....Bush just wanted the oil and was no doubt kissing up, no pun intended.
The more I think about this and Asian culture, the story this picture tells is much larger than you may realize. As someone who has spent time in China, Hong Kong, etc. I can tell you that the depth of the bow is as, if not more, significant than the actual act. The deeper the bow, the more you show respect to the recipient by demonstrating your willingness to be subjugated. What I see here is our President offering is that we are unworthy of their respect.
By the way, you will also notice that the bow was not returned (at least not in this frame.) This is a sign that the message was understood and accepted as offered.
