Prosecutors said authorities caught Siddiqui, a mother of three, lurking outside the Ghazni governor's compound July 17 with a teenage boy.
A search of her purse turned up documents that included instructions on making explosives and chemical and biological weapons - and descriptions of various landmarks around the United States and in New York.
The bag also contained "numerous chemical substances in gel and liquid form that were sealed in bottles and glass jars," a criminal complaint states. (more)
