Holder hasn't read Arizona law he criticized - Washington Times

I don't know why this should surprise me but it still does. Most disturbing is his statement that he has gotten his information from the newspapers and TV. Good grief.

AG Eric Holder Refuses to Say 'Radical Islam' Is a Cause of Terrorism Committed by Muslims

Total incompetance or ignorance, or both.

NRO asks the very relevant question:
"How can you ever hope to stop something when you refuse even to speak its name?"

This is something right out of "Harry Potter."

It was interesting to me last night to watch a documentary about the Japanese interment camp during World War 2. Racial profiling? You bet!! And I don't blame them for doing it!

What the Federal government doesn't understand is that States like Arizona, California, and Texas pay out BIG bucks because of illegal immigration. Maybe the federal government would like to pay those costs? Oh that's right, they are financially challenged too....

Oh, do come along double-oh-seven, the Democrats are in favor of anything that weakens the States vis a vis the Federal Government, and the whole border mess does just that.

Holder didin't read the Arizona law for the simple reason that he doesn't care what it says.

Thanks for stopping in guys.
I think KK is right, Delirious, the Feds are quite aware of what the border states are paying regarding the immigration issue. I had not viewed it in terms of an attempt to weaken the states by ignoring the problem but unfortunately it seems does seem to be a feasible possibility. Past Republican administrations have faired no better on the issue but that would seem to be an "head in the sand" mentality more than anything else.

As far as your conclusion regarding the Japanese internment camps, D I might just have to disagree for the moment. Perhaps that would be a good discussion on a Saturday night, eh?
