US Court Stands by Military's Decision to Curb Homosexuality within Ranks

BOSTON, June 10, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit ruled Monday that the military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy on homosexual behavior does not violate the U.S. Constitution.
